5th Annual Salt River Quilt and Craft Show

October 3 - October 4

The historic site and Monroe County Historical Society will once again host their 2020 Salt River Quilt and Craft Show. The quilt show will be held inside the Mark Twain Memorial Shrine, where approximately 100 quilts will be hung in the museum’s two galleries.

The concurrent craft show will be held in Mark Twain State Park’s Buzzards Roost Picnic Area, which is a mile south of the shrine. There, food, craft and quilt-related vendors will be set up inside Huckleberry Hall during the same days and hours as the quilt show. If visitors choose, they can enjoy their lunch under the trees on the lovely park grounds outside Huck Hall. Attend both the quilt and craft show for the chance to win a lovely prize.

Live presentations will be offered daily at the quilt show. Admission to see the quilt and craft shows and the presentation are free, but donations will be accepted. For questions, quilt entry forms or vendor applications, call Marianne Bodine at 573-565-3449.

  • Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
