67th Annual National Tom Sawyer Days

A Hannibal tradition for over 65 years, the National Tom Sawyer Days festival offers something for all ages and interests. Celebrate Mark Twain’s most famous creation with a weekend of family fun.

Fun events include:

  • National Fencepainting Competition
  • Frog Jump Contest
  • Tomboy Sawyer Contest
  • July 4th Fireworks over the Mississippi
  • Annual Hannibal Cannibal race
  • Arts and Crafts Fair
  • Carnival
  • Live Evening Music

 

Other activities include a Mud Volleyball, a horseshoe tournament, live music every night in the beer garden, and a spectacular firework display over the Mississippi River on the 4th of July.
