Bethel Youth Fiddle Camp
A summer week long camp for youth fiddle players starting on Sunday afternoon and ending with an optional fiddle contest on Saturday.
Campers will spend the mornings and afternoons in 1-on-1 lessons with well known, accomplished fiddlers in the area, as well as group jam sessions in the colony barn when not in lessons. They will learn a variety of tunes from the old time fiddling style of Missouri.
After dinner there will be Square dancing every night.
Bethel youth fiddle camp focuses on the preservation of old time fiddle music and passing the tunes and styles of playing down to the younger generation.
