Halloween Walk Reservation Date Postponed Until September 2, 2020

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake would like to thank everyone with their continued patience as we work through the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, the Halloween Walk Reservation Date has been postponed to September 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. as we wait to see if the six foot social distancing protocols between people are relaxed or removed by the CDC. Last year’s event had over 9,000 participants, and social distancing is not possible with this event in the campground. If the event is held, you will be able to make reservations through the centralized reservation system on the website at www.recreation.gov. The tentative date for the Halloween Walk is October 16 & 17, 2020. More information will be released at a later date.

For more information, call the Mark Twain Lake Project Office at 573-735-4097, or email us at MarkTwainInfo@usace.army.mil. The established dates are subject to change based upon overcrowding that prevents social distancing and any applicable federal, state and county advisories and guidance.
