Annual Day Use passes available through automated kiosks for boat ramps and beach

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 2022 Annual Day Use passes vouchers are now available at cashless automated kiosks at each ramp, the Spalding beach, David C. Berti Shooting Range and the Boudreaux Visitor Center.

Once you purchase your voucher, you have 14 days to exchange it for the vehicle hang-tag by going to the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center or mailing it to the Mark Twain Lake Project Office at 20642 Highway J, Monroe City, MO 63456. Make sure to include your name and mailing address so the hang-tag can be returned to you.

The Corps encourages frequent users of boat launching ramps, shooting range and swimming beaches to purchase an annual pass. With a pass, the driver and passengers of a non-commercial vehicle may use the facilities at no additional charge. The cost of the annual pass, which is valid for one year from the date it is purchased, is $40. Day use fees do not apply to registered Corps campers.

Annual passes are not required if you have an America the Beautiful Senior or Access Pass. America the Beautiful passes can be purchased on-line at https://store.usgs.gov/recreational-passes. America the Beautiful passes are NOT issued at Mark Twain Lake.

The pass will be a “hang tag” type of permit that should be displayed from the rearview mirror and may be moved from one vehicle to another. The Annual Day Use Passes are valid at any Corps of Engineers facility nationwide.

Without an annual pass, the day use fee for boat ramps is $5 per vehicle per day. The day use fee for the beach and shooting range is $2 per person per day, or $5 per vehicle per day. There is no charge at the beach for children 16 years of age or younger.
